We do not own, operate, or control Landingsite.ai. Availability, uptime, security, and performance of hosted websites are subject to Landingsite.ai's own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party hosting providers beyond our reasonable control.

4 Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required to deliver the services
  • Ensure you have the legal right to use any content you supply (including text, images, logos, and branding)
  • Review work provided and request changes within reasonable timeframes

You are responsible for ensuring your website content complies with applicable laws and regulations.

5 Payments & Fees

Upon full payment, you are granted a licence to use the completed website for its intended purpose.

7 Changes & Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included depending on the agreed service package.

Requests outside the agreed scope may result in additional charges, which will be confirmed in advance.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • We are not responsible for loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services giving rise to the claim
